- Information you provide. Your name, email, phone number, business name, and any details you share when you contact us or engage our services.
- Payment information. Billing details necessary to process invoices. Payment card and bank data are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor, not by us. We receive only a transaction record and limited metadata.
- Engagement materials. Files, credentials, analytics access, and other materials you provide so we can perform the work.
- Site analytics. Basic, aggregated analytics about how visitors use thebreakrs.com (pages viewed, referring source, device type). No tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies.

- To send invoices, receipts, and engagement-related communication.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To improve our services and the content on this site.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
03How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only as needed:
- Service providers. Stripe (payments), our accounting software (Odoo), our email provider (Gmail), and project management tools (ClickUp). These providers have their own privacy policies and process data on our behalf.
- Legal requirements. If required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfer. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer to the new owner.
04Data Retention
We retain engagement records, invoices, and tax-related information for as long as required by law (generally seven years for U.S. federal tax records). Project files and communications are retained for the duration of the engagement plus three years, then deleted or anonymized.

- Deletion. You may request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements (we cannot delete records we are required to keep for tax purposes).
- Opt out. Marketing email is not part of our regular practice. If you ever receive a marketing message from us, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link or by replying with "unsubscribe."

Thebreakrs.com uses minimal first-party analytics and does not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site tracking pixels. Your browser settings can be configured to block cookies if you prefer.
07Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted storage, strong account passwords, and limited access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
